Today we are re-inventing our online shopping experience and delivering the same pioneering integrity by supporting our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Sales role, based on-site at our Sheraton office. The Junior Sales professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing customer inquiries, supporting sales operations, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include promoting services, tracking sales activities, and providing excellent customer service to achieve set objectives and targets.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degreen in Business or any Similar aspect

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales in a relative industry

Skills:

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales and Sales Management experience to manage and close deals, meet targets, and support sales growth strategies.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic working environments.

Duties and Reponsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through various channels.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from our range of camera and production gear.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge to effectively highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with potential and existing clients to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events or meetings as required.
