We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated fresh graduate to join our team and kickstart their career in B2B tech sales.
Role Summary
As a Junior Sales Executive, you don't need years of experience—you just need the hunger to learn and the drive to succeed. We will provide the training and mentorship you need to understand the cloud hosting and cybersecurity landscape. Your primary focus will be supporting our sales pipeline, identifying new prospects, and learning how to effectively communicate the value of Maxapex’s technical solutions to businesses worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively search for and identify potential B2B clients who could benefit from our Oracle APEX hosting and managed security services.
- Outreach: Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to introduce Maxapex and schedule discovery calls for senior team members.
- Market Research: Research target industries, competitor activities, and prospective clients to help tailor our sales pitches.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, contacts, and daily sales activities in our CRM system.
- Shadowing & Learning: Work closely with senior sales and technical teams to learn the end-to-end sales cycle and understand complex tech concepts like cloud environments and server security.
- Client Support: Assist in drafting proposals and following up with initial inquiries to ensure a smooth prospect experience.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: A recent Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–1 years of experience. Fresh graduates and those with relevant internships are highly encouraged to apply!
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English. You must be comfortable picking up the phone and writing professional, persuasive emails.
- Tech-Savvy: A genuine interest in the technology sector (cloud computing, SaaS, software development) and a willingness to learn technical terminology.
- Attitude: Highly coachable, resilient, and proactive. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid of rejection.
