Junior Social Media Manager

We need someone who understands the basics of social media but is hungry to grow fast. If you only know how to post and add captions this is not for you. You must know how to schedule content check insights track trends and support the senior team with execution. If you get overwhelmed easily or wait for instructions for every small task you will not fit here.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing weekly social media content calendars
Coordinate with designers writers and editors to prepare posts
Monitor trends and suggest fresh ideas that match the brand
Handle daily posting scheduling and basic community management
Track insights and prepare simple performance reports
Manage file organization for content assets
Support the senior manager in campaigns and strategy tasks
Stay updated with platform changes and new features

Requirements
Basic understanding of Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn and YouTube
Ability to manage posting schedules and maintain consistency
Familiarity with analytics basics reach engagement and audience insights
Good communication and coordination skills
Eager to learn algorithm behavior content planning and brand voice
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Willing to work onsite full time in Lahore
Any internship or small portfolio showing your work is a plus
