Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care under supervision of Senior Nursing Staff/Unit Incharge
- Assist in patient assessment, vitals monitoring, and documentation
- Support doctors and physiotherapists during procedures and rounds
- Follow medication administration protocols as guided
- Maintain cleanliness, patient safety, and infection control practices
- Ensure timely recording of nursing notes, treatment charts, and patient progress
- Assist in mobilization, positioning, and rehabilitation-related patient activities
- Educate patients and caregivers on basic health and hygiene practices
- Coordinate with front office, pharmacy, and other departments when required
- Follow hospital protocols, standards, and patient care guidelines
Qualification & Eligibility
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing
- Kerala Nursing Council Registration (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of infection control, patient care standards, and nursing protocols
