Junior Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under supervision of Senior Nursing Staff/Unit Incharge
• Assist in patient assessment, vitals monitoring, and documentation
• Support doctors and physiotherapists during procedures and rounds
• Follow medication administration protocols as guided
• Maintain cleanliness, patient safety, and infection control practices
• Ensure timely recording of nursing notes, treatment charts, and patient progress
• Assist in mobilization, positioning, and rehabilitation-related patient activities
• Educate patients and caregivers on basic health and hygiene practices
• Coordinate with front office, pharmacy, and other departments when required
• Follow hospital protocols, standards, and patient care guidelines

Qualification & Eligibility

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing
• Kerala Nursing Council Registration (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of infection control, patient care standards, and nursing protocols
