Junior Video Producer / Content Creator

Location: In-Person – Langhorne, PA
Salary: $40,000–$60,000 based on experience
Experience: Recent graduate or 1–2 years experience preferred

We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and highly motivated video producer/content creator to join our growing media and marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent film school graduate or early-career filmmaker looking to build a long-term career with strong growth potential into a more senior production or creative leadership role.

This is an in-person position, and applicants must be local to or within reasonable driving distance of Langhorne, Pennsylvania.

This role will focus on creating high-impact marketing videos, filming podcasts, covering live events, and producing engaging social media and branded content. We are especially interested in someone who brings creativity to filming styles, including unique camera angles, dynamic storytelling, and innovative production approaches.

Responsibilities

· Film and produce marketing and promotional videos

· Shoot and edit podcast content using creative and unconventional filming angles/styles

· Film live events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content

· Edit short- and long-form video content for social media, YouTube, websites, and advertising

· Collaborate on creative concepts, scripting, and production planning

· Assist with lighting, sound, camera setup, and post-production workflows

· Create engaging content optimized for modern social platforms

· Utilize AI-powered creative and editing tools to improve workflow and content quality

Qualifications

· Film school graduate or 1–2 years of video production experience

· Strong video editing skills

· Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro required

· Familiarity with additional production/editing tools preferred

· Understanding of AI tools for video editing, content generation, workflow enhancement, or production support

· Strong creative eye for composition, storytelling, and visual marketing

· Comfortable filming in a variety of environments including events and podcast settings

· Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills

· Photography, drone, motion graphics, or social media experience is a plus
