About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Junior Visualizer to join our dynamic design team at Schbang. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging visual concepts and designs for social media, digital campaigns, and branding projects.
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to bring creative ideas to life.
• Support senior designers in executing brand campaigns and marketing collaterals.
• Maintain design consistency across different formats and platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, digital tools, and creative innovations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma .
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines while maintaining design quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Educational Background (Preferred):

NIFT, SkillTech, Somaiya, ISDI, Pearl Academy, The Design Village (TDV), or equivalent design institutes.
