Duties

• Develop and implement customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for K–12 students or adult learners.
• Use innovative learning technology tools to enhance instruction and student engagement.
• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions across various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and more.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and respect.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure mastery of concepts.
• Support students with special education needs by adapting lessons and employing inclusive teaching practices.
• Maintain clear communication with students and parents or guardians regarding progress, challenges, and achievements.

Skills
