Duties
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for K–12 students or adult learners.
- Use innovative learning technology tools to enhance instruction and student engagement.
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions across various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and more.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and respect.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure mastery of concepts.
- Support students with special education needs by adapting lessons and employing inclusive teaching practices.
- Maintain clear communication with students and parents or guardians regarding progress, challenges, and achievements.
