K2 Morning Teacher

Nazarene Early Learning Center is seeking someone who loves Jesus and is passionate about teaching the young children of our generation. This position is for a Morning K2 Teacher. The hours are M-F 6:45am to 1:30pm.

Responsibilities:

-Classroom Management/ potty train children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for preschool students
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that supports the welfare of children
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Skills:
- Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, compassion, and understanding to meet the diverse needs of students
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Strong organizational skills for curriculum development and classroom management

Must be graduated from Highschool and willing to get a background check through DHR and CPR.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
