Quality Group Manager
. The ideal candidate is a
system and technical-minded leader
with a deep understanding of core automotive manufacturing processes and major OEM requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Process Oversight:
Take fullownership of Quality assurance and control across all major production processes, with a specific focus and expertise in
Stamping(Press)
,
Welding
, and
Tooling/Mold
processes.

OEM Relationship Management:
Ensure robust quality systems and successful audits/approvals with key global automotive manufacturers, specifically
Hyundai
,
Stellantis Group (e.g.,Fiat, Peugeot, Citroën)
, and
Ford/Ford Otosan
.

Team Leadership s Development:
Lead, mentor, and manage the entire Quality department/team at our plants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and technical excellence.

System Implementation s Maintenance:
Drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QualityManagement System (QMS)in line with IATF 16949and
customer-specific requirements (CSRs).

Turkiye Operations:
Be the ultimate responsible party for all quality-related matters within the
Turkiye operations
, reporting directly to Senior Management.

Problem Solving:
Lead complex Root Cause Analysis and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions for internal and external quality issues.
Candidate Profile
-
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgy Engineering preferred).

Experience:
Minimum of
10+ years
of progressive experience in Quality Management within the
Automotive
industry (OEM,Tier 1/Tier 2 preferred), with at least 5
years
in a managerialrole leading a sizable team.
Technical Expertise:

Mandatory deep technical knowledge
of Quality standards applied to
Stamping/Press
,
Welding/Fabrication
, and
Tooling/Mold
processes.

Strong command of core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, etc.).

OEM Knowledge:
Proven, hands-on experience and a solid understanding of the quality processes, standards, and specific requirements of: ( Hyundai, Stellantis, Ford etc…)

Leadership:
Excellent
team management
, coaching, and performance development skills. A strong track record of being a
"System Person"
(process-driven, structured) and a
"Technical Person"
(deeply understands the technology).

Language: Fluency in English
(written and verbal) is mandatory for international communication and reporting. French is a significant advantage.
