Karak & Chapati Chef

We are planning to launch a modern Kuwaiti café concept focused on karak tea, chapati, sandwiches, and specialty beverages.

We are looking for an experienced Chef / Menu Developer to help create:

- Signature recipes

- Karak tea blends

- Chapati and breakfast items

- Sauce recipes

- Kitchen workflow and food costing

Requirements:

- Experience in cafés or fast casual restaurants

- Creativity in modern Gulf food concepts

- Ability to standardize recipes

- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food cost

Project-based or full-time options available.
