Join our dynamic team as a Kennel Manager, where you will lead the daily operations of our animal care facility with enthusiasm and dedication. Hours

We are open 7 days a week including holidays, rain, snow or shine. Our daily hours are from 7:30 - 10:30 AM and 4 - 7 PM

For this position we are looking for someone with availability

• Saturday and Sunday 7:30-10:30 AM and 4-7pm availability
• Includes holidays
• Occasional weekday hours available

Duties

• Supervise daily kennel operations, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring the health of animals in residence
• Ensure proper handling techniques are followed to promote positive behavior
• Oversee pet grooming, pet sitting, and appointments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Train and mentor staff on animal handling and customer service best practices
• Ensure the kennel environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with health regulations through regular inspections
• Manage inventory of pet supplies, medications, and grooming products to support efficient operations
• Take and return phone calls
• Set up reservations for pet stays

Qualifications

• Experience in kennel management or animal care roles preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members
• Familiarity with general pet care practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively
