Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Key Account Assistant at GENERAL MACHINERY AGENCIES (L L C) in Dubai. The Key Account Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to credit control, petty cash management, finance support, effective communication with clients, and basic accounting duties.

Qualifications

• Credit Control and Finance skills
• Petty Cash management
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of basic Accounting principles
• Experience in financial record keeping
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Quick books.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• FTA submittal local knowledge (TAX - VAT).
• To be able to extract Trial Balance, P&l and Balance Sheet from the system
