Key Account Manager

Summary:

The Key Account Manager – Medical Monitor is responsible for promoting and selling range of medical-grade and professional monitor products to hospitals and healthcare institutions in Saudi Arabia covering the Diagnostic ,Clinical and Surgical applications , with a focus on building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert product knowledge to drive sales growth and enhance our products presence in the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our Medical Monitors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our products.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of our products.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, developments, and technologies.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Sales experience in medical devices for more than 5 years especially for the monitors or Radiology device or digital Healthcare.
• Experience in Radiology, Medical Monitor selling field, Digital Healthcare.
• Strong relationship with key decision-makers in relevant products.
• Strong Knowledge of Medical Monitor Market and trends.

Skills:

• Business-fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic.
• Flexibility to travel within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong presentation skills.
