What awaits you in this role?


We are looking for a passionate Key Account Manager who will join our team at Commercial Transformation & Alternative Channels Sales Directorate.


  • Develops and manages relationships with Arçelik-Beko exclusive channel, Koçtaş, and other corporate partners.
  • Pursue market leadership via understanding the value chain of related sale channels by managing market distribution trends.
  • Develop short, mid, and long-term strategies by analyzing internal/external resources to achieve the business objectives.
  • Implements strategies to optimize distribution and maximize sales opportunities
  • Leads a multi-year partnership as enabler of profitable growth and delivers Joint Business Plan targets (JBP)
  • Establishes the optimal up-to-date offer with the best value extraction for market growth
  • Monitors channel performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Identifies new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion
  • Strives for healthy trade inventory for cash flow and on-shelf/online availability
  • Delivers on business and operational targets, including profit per SKU, iVM & in-store-shares
  • Collaborates with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and product launches
  • Prepares regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitive activities


The position located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.


How we describe the perfect match?


  • Educated to Bachelor’s Degree level or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management in the SDA industry.
  • Ability to establish business and cross-cultural relationships and to understand requests and manage multiple partners.
  • Innovative, ambitious, confident, and able to take initiative.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Turkish and English
  • Have systematic and logical approach to problem-solving and a capacity to work around problems
  • Strong working experience in business strategy, marketing and sales in exclusive channel and chain store business.
  • Independent, and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills and high adaptability in a fast-moving environment
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • B class driving licence
