Role Overview

As a  Key Account Manager , you will play a key role in strengthening Trio Mobil’s presence in the global and local market, focusing on expanding our customer base and nurturing long-term relationships with strategic accounts in the manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong consultative sales approach and passion for technology-driven transformation.


Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and KPI targets within your portfolio of strategic customers.

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Turkish industrial and manufacturing ecosystem.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster trust and create long-term partnerships.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen relationships with existing customers and expand business opportunities.

• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and developing tailored IoT and AI-driven solution strategies.

• Conduct regular customer visits to identify opportunities, present solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Lead and manage proposal and quotation processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of offers.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Project, and Customer Success, to ensure smooth delivery and customer success.

• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and actively plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities aligned with KPIs.


Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within SaaS, IoT, or technology-driven industrial solutions.

• Strong relationship management skills and proven success in developing long-term partnerships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Turkish and English.

• Strategic thinker with strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.

• Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel regularly within Turkey and ability to drive actively.

• (For male candidates) Military service completed.

Location

This role is based in  Istanbul, Türkiye , and requires regular in-person engagement with customers across the country.
