Job Location: Dubai region (remote / work-from-home)

This opportunity is for those currently residing in Dubai.

Experience: 1-2 years in staffing / recruitment industry

Travel: Willingness to travel to meet clients as and when required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full business development cycle – lead generation, prospecting, client meetings (onsite/offsite), pitching, negotiations, and closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities and drive client acquisition in the UAE/Dubai region.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in business development or client acquisition within the staffing/recruitment industry (preferably UAE region).
• Proven ability to generate leads and bring in clients independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel across Dubai/UAE for client meetings.
• Strong understanding of UAE recruitment market and business culture.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage
