About The Role – Key Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our India Sales Team. In this role, you will manage large enterprise accounts, grow strategic relationships, and drive adoption of Ingenico’s advanced payment solutions. You will also identify and convert new business opportunities to expand Ingenico’s market presence across assigned geographies.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent role based in India, with travel across India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh.

What You’ll Bring
Education
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred).
Experience
• 7–10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales Management within Fintech, Payments, or Acquiring side of Banking.
• Strong understanding of POS terminals, merchant acquiring, or digital payments ecosystem.
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage large accounts and deliver revenue targets.
• Problem-solving and solution-selling mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Customer-centric, proactive, and high-ownership approach.
Nice to Have
• Exposure to multi-country markets in South Asia.
• Experience handling enterprise-level digital transformation / payment modernization initiatives.
