Strategic Client Partnership

  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with leading hotel groups, luxury resorts, serviced apartments, and restaurant chains.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner, managing the complete sales cycle — from concept and specification to delivery and installation.

Project & Specification Sales

  • Work on high-value, long-lead hospitality projects (new builds, renovations, and full FFE packages).
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project consultants to have products specified early in the design phase.
  • Offer furniture solutions that balance design, durability, sustainability, and brand compliance.

Revenue Growth & Negotiation

  • Achieve defined sales and profitability targets across assigned accounts.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, technical quotations, and brand-aligned presentations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with design, production, and logistics teams to deliver excellence in every stage of the project.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Stay informed about upcoming hospitality projects, brand expansions, and design trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM tools.
