Key Account managers - Female serve as the liaison between companies and their customers. Their core priority is addressing customers’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Strong spoken & written skills (Fluency in spoken English is must)
- Polite and confident on the telephone with excellent communication skills
- Professional email writing skills
- Experience in a sales / account management / customer service role
- Ability to develop long lasting customer relationships
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Motivated and driven to succeed
- Committed and hard working
- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Gave daily report of overall department.
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
