About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and performance-driven professional to join our Sales team as a
Key Account Manager – International Modern Trade (IMT)
at our Head Office in
Lahore, Pakistan
. This role will be responsible for managing key IMT accounts while driving both commercial growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:

Manage and develop key International Modern Trade (IMT) accounts, including key IMT customers such as Metro, Carrefour, Imtiaz, and Alfatah

Drive the development and execution of sales strategies to deliver sustainable growth in volume, value, and market share

Lead joint business planning (JBP) and annual agreements, including commercial terms, promotions, and sales targets
-
Ensure best-in-class in-store execution, including assortment, availability, visibility, and merchandising standards
-
Monitor category performance, shopper behavior, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities

Manage and optimize trade investments, sales forecasting, and account-level profitability to maximize ROI
-
Oversee e-commerce operations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth execution

Maintain strong relationships with IMT and e-commerce category managers and key stakeholders
-
Ensure timely recovery of receivables and reconciliation of accounts

Act as the key link between internal teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) and customers

Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve performance

Drive overall account performance including volume, value, and market share growth

Conduct regular business reviews to track performance and align on future plans

Stay updated on market trends and best practices within Modern Trade and E-commerce
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

6–8 years of FMCG experience in Modern Trade / Key Account Management

Strong understanding of IMT dynamics, account management, and trade operations
-
Proven experience in managing key IMT accounts and driving sales growth
-
Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
