Job Purpose:
Drive sustainable business growth within the
Ruminant segment
across KSA through effective key account management, strategic customer partnerships, and achievement of commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with
large-scale farms, dairy operations, and corporate clients

Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory

Develop and maintain
long-term strategic partnerships
with key customers

Provide both
technical and commercial support
to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new business prospects

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide regular insights to management

Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to support product positioning and execution
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field

Minimum
5+ years of experience in the Ruminant sector within the KSA market
-
Proven experience in
Key Account Management within Animal Health or Agricultural sectors

Strong understanding of the
KSA livestock and dairy market

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
-
Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue growth
-
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across KSA
