Key Account Manager – Ruminants

Job Purpose:

Drive sustainable business growth within the Ruminant segment across KSA through effective key account management, strategic customer partnerships, and achievement of commercial targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with large-scale farms, dairy operations, and corporate clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key customers
  • Provide both technical and commercial support to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new business prospects
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide regular insights to management
  • Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to support product positioning and execution


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Ruminant sector within the KSA market
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management within Animal Health or Agricultural sectors
  • Strong understanding of the KSA livestock and dairy market
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue growth
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across KSA
