Key Holder/Sales Associate

A talented and experienced Key Holder is needed for a women's footwear and fashion retailer. We're a fun, upscale specialty chain featuring women's shoes, clothing and accessories across a string of lovely boutiques. We value great experience and may even be willing to train the right Sales Associate looking for the next step!

Required: 2+ years experience in sales lead/store opening and closing/key holder in upscale women’s fashion, shoes, clothing, accessories or handbags, including: driving sales, stock, helping to oversee a store team, clienteling, building team and client relationships, helping to drive business, etc. Strong sales abilities and sense of responsibility, organizational/time management skills, being detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are key. Being able to handle significant stock work and other physical tasks in a retail store environment (i.e., lifting, moving, bending, standing for the duration of shift, etc.) is necessary. Weekend availability is required. At this time, we are unable to consider candidates who do not meet these requirements.
