Description:

The candidate should aware of basic knowledge of key management department as it includes:

testing, validating and ensuring payment devices and systems (like ATMs, POSs and HSMs) comply with EMV (Europay, Mastercard, Visa) security and interoperability standards to prevent fraud and enable seamless chip card transactions.


Responsibilities:


1- Testing and Validation: Validate the EMV chip cards comply with the payment schemes mandate.

2- Documentation: Maintain detailed process and procedures comply with the mandates.

3- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UAT, System Integration and support), external authorizers (like Client banks, Third Parties ‘Perso bureaus’, vendors), and payment processors to align on certification paths and timelines.

4- Client Support: Provide expert-level support and presentations to internal and external management and clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of payment systems.


Qualifications:


Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with EMV certification tools (e.g., Barnes / UL), EMV test cards, and a strong understanding of payment personalization and authorization flows.

Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Hardware security devices (HSMs) and various payment systems processes from personalization and authorization perspectives.


Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical standards, identify defects, and develop effective solutions.


Documentation Skills: Excellent documentation and defect tracking abilities.


Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse internal and external teams.


Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, coordinate efforts across teams, and ensure product delivery goals are met.
