This is a full-time, on-site position for a Kindergarten Teacher at Red Maple Montessori in Islamabad. The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons based on Montessori principles, fostering a positive learning environment, and encouraging the holistic development of the children. The role also involves regular communication with parents, maintaining classroom organization, and supporting the individual needs of each child.

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching, with a strong foundation in education practices
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in Teaching and Training within early childhood or Montessori environments
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with young learners
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field; Montessori certification is a plus
