Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Psychology preferred).
• Montessori Training certification from a recognized institute (AMI / IMTC / NCME or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of experience in Montessori or early childhood teaching (freshers with Montessori training may also apply).
• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy, materials, and classroom practices.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Patience, empathy, and a child-centric teaching approach.
• Ability to manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment.
