Kitchen and Bathroom Designer Sales

NJ Kitchens and Baths (www.njkitchensandbaths.com) is looking for a seasoned kitchen and bath designer salesperson for our showroom. We are a kitchen and bathroom design and build company.

Kitchen and Bathroom Designer Sales Job Requirements;

- Must be extremely proficient with 2020 Design Software and a CREATIVE designer who is able to SELL kitchen and bathroom projects.

- Must know kitchen/bath cabinetry inside and out, (design, measuring spaces, product knowledge, placing orders, follow up, etc).

- Must be well organized and provide excellent follow up with customers, vendors and installers.

- Must be able to sell and develop solid customer relationships.

- Minimum 5 years of full time kitchen and bathroom design experience, including finishes.

- Minimum 5 years experience with construction portion of kitchen and bathroom renovations.

- Ability to produce shopping lists for clients (tile, trim, hardware, fixtures, etc) and review with customers.

- Excellent computer and communication skills. Must be motivated and have a positive attitude.

- Position is part time and can lead to full time.

$25 - $30 per hour base, PLUS commission on sales of cabinetry, countertops, construction.

Appliance and cabinet spiffs.

If you are able to manage the projects commissions are paid on that as well.
