About Us

Q&A Kitchen & Bath is a growing kitchen and bath company focused on quality cabinetry, countertops, remodeling, design, and customer experience. We are expanding and looking for a motivated Sales & Design Consultant who can help turn qualified leads into completed projects.

Qualified leads will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and prospective clients
• Design kitchens and bathrooms using 2020 Design software
• Present cabinet and countertop options
• Prepare estimates and proposals
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Coordinate with installers and project management when needed
• Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Experience with 2020 Design software
• Kitchen & bath sales and design experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and close deals
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and attitude

Compensation & Benefits
