HomeWorks Construction & Design is looking for a talented and motivated Kitchen & Bathroom Designer to join our team. We are seeking someone with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through the remodeling process from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss design goals, functionality, style, and budget
- Create kitchen and bathroom layouts and design concepts
- Assist clients with selections including cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, paint colors, and finishes
- Prepare design presentations, estimates, and material specifications
- Prepare cabinet layouts, tile layouts, and/or working drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, installers, and vendors throughout the project
- Maintain strong communication and provide excellent customer service throughout the remodeling process
- Stay current on design trends, products, and materials
Qualifications
- Some experience in kitchen and bathroom design
- Knowledge of cabinetry, space planning, and remodeling processes
- Proficiency in design software is a plus (2020/DesignFlex/AutoCAD)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
