HomeWorks Construction & Design is looking for a talented and motivated Kitchen & Bathroom Designer to join our team. We are seeking someone with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through the remodeling process from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss design goals, functionality, style, and budget
• Create kitchen and bathroom layouts and design concepts
• Assist clients with selections including cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, paint colors, and finishes
• Prepare design presentations, estimates, and material specifications
• Prepare cabinet layouts, tile layouts, and/or working drawings
• Coordinate with project managers, installers, and vendors throughout the project
• Maintain strong communication and provide excellent customer service throughout the remodeling process
• Stay current on design trends, products, and materials

Qualifications

• Some experience in kitchen and bathroom design
• Knowledge of cabinetry, space planning, and remodeling processes
• Proficiency in design software is a plus (2020/DesignFlex/AutoCAD)
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
