Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints for kitchen cabinetry projects.
• Develop detailed design concepts using advanced software tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 2020 Design.
• Prepare comprehensive project proposals, including material selections, color schemes based on color theory, lighting design considerations, and remodeling options.
• Draft precise construction documents and specifications that adhere to building codes and industry standards using CAD and Bluebeam.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of designs within budget and timeline parameters.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and quality control during the installation process.
• Stay updated on industry trends in lighting sales, renovation techniques, interior design innovations, and construction practices to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in kitchen cabinet design or interior design with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency.
• Expertise in 2020, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite for drafting and visualization tasks.
• Knowledge of project management principles to oversee multiple projects efficiently from conception through completion.
• Familiarity with contracts, budgeting processes, lighting sales strategies, remodeling procedures, and construction standards.
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting design principles, CAD drafting techniques, and interior space planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while managing expectations professionally.
