This is an entry-level restaurant role where you run the register, grill burgers, and make fries. You will learn the stations through the Five Guys Training Program. Most of the company's managers started on the floor doing this exact work, meaning you learn the actual skills needed to move up.

Qualifications

Required:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation to the Smyrna location.

Preferred:

• Flexibility to work a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks during a busy lunch or dinner rush.
• Patience and willingness to help your shift partners.

Responsibilities

• Take orders at the counter and operate the point of sale system during peak hours.
• Grill fresh burgers and prepare hand-cut fries to exact company guidelines.
• Follow all health, sanitation, and quality control steps to keep the kitchen safe.
• Restock supplies and help kitchen staff handle food orders accurately.
• Work the line with your shift team to keep orders moving.
