The open position is to join our staff of highly motivated professionals as a kitchen and bathroom salesman and designer. We also pride ourselves on our staff’s tenure, many of our staff has been with the company 10+ years, and several 20-30+ years.

Position Summary:

Diamond Kitchen and Bath's sales and design staff meet with customers at our showrooms and assist customers through the kitchen and bath remodel process by finding the customers desired style, designing with our 3D design software, providing bids, and completing the final measure and paperwork to order the project. We also sell countertops, installation, and accessories.

• Ability to create a positive atmosphere and build strong relationships with customers
• Highly proficient in computer communication – email, ms office, and Windows operating environment
• Informative and Outgoing – ability to professionally communicate product information and recommend products and services to meet the customer’s needs in the showroom and over the phone
• Prior sales or construction experience
• Ability to stay organized in a high paced environment
• Memorization, problem solving, and basic math skills are huge pluses
• Spanish Speaking and fast typing are bonuses
• Individuals who have been in a competitive sports environment and respond well to coaching tend to do great in this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be in attendance at the showroom during store hours in order to meet and assist customers in the design and sales process, answer the telephone, and keep up the showroom appearance.
• Design, measure and sell kitchens and bathrooms plus complete the paperwork to further the sale and follow up with customers.
• Attend monthly sales meeting and train with other sales staff to enhance product knowledge
• Keep a positive attitude and a readiness to learn new things daily
• Keep a professional appearance

Remuneration (Pay): This is a sales position and pays a minimum salary of $3,000/month plus commissions in excess of that amount. For the first 90 days this $3,000 may be increased up to $6,000 depending on your prior experience. The majority of our sales staff have incomes in the 100-120k range however the top performers are considerably higher in excess of $175K.
