Kitchen Designer/Sales

Mountain States Kitchen & Bath is looking for an experienced and skilled cabinetry designer on a medium to higher end line of full custom european boxes. Working directly with our clients is a must and the harder you work in this area the more you will get paid. You will need to have previous experience to be considered for this position. Key points of focus for our cabinetry designers include providing excellent client service through clear communication, knowledge of interior design with an eye for detail, and an ability to measure to a 1/16” and have the ability to utilize design software. We provide our sales team with leads and you can bring your own clients as well. We have incredible in house software that is easy to use with full color designs at your disposal. We only do work in the Wasatch Front and our showroom and manufacturing facility is in Lehi. Previous experience in kitchen/home design is required.

Responsibilities

- Respond to leads and schedule in home or showroom design consultations directly with clients.

- Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communication.

- Take field measurements and create original renderings, designs and plans for homeowners.

- Prepare all designs and documentation for new projects and work closely with our in house production team.

- Deliver concierge level service with our clients from design to installation.

- Scheduled showroom shifts to work with walk ins and existing clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
