Kitchen Equipment Technician

Looking for a qualified and motivated Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our maintenance team. The technician will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment across our 45 hypermarket locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah. Candidates must have relevant UAE experience and be flexible to work day or night shifts, including weekends, holidays, or emergency situations, with overtime or compensatory days off.

• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, fryers, grills, chillers, freezers, and food processors.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Promptly attend to urgent breakdowns and emergency repair requests, including outside regular working hours.
• Coordinate with store managers and the central maintenance team to minimize operational disruption.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance logs for all visits and repairs.
• Recommend parts replacement and ensure proper use and safekeeping of tools and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food and equipment handling.
• Work proactively and independently across different locations as per assigned schedules.
