Ensure consistent cleanliness and sanitation across all food preparation and service areas including kitchens, dishwashing zones, storage areas, and staff facilities

Conduct regular inspections to identify hygiene gaps, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions

Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inspection results, and staff hygiene training activities

Work closely with the culinary, stewarding, and banquet teams to ensure all food handling meets HACCP and brand standards

Support the implementation of sustainability and waste management initiatives within kitchen operations

Coordinate with suppliers and external service providers to ensure compliance with hygiene requirements

Assist in training team members on hygiene procedures and safe food handling practices
