Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely in compliance with health and safety standards.
Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen appliances such as ovens, stoves, grills, fryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and exhaust systems.
Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and service disruptions.
Maintain and repair laundry machines including washers, dryers, ironing systems, and steam generators.
Monitor performance and conduct regular service to ensure optimal functionality.
Respond to breakdowns and coordinate with laundry operations to minimize impact on service delivery.
Hold a technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or appliance maintenance.
Possess strong knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry systems.
Interpret and read technical manuals and schematics accurately.
Adapt to flexible work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and emergency situations.
Have 2+ years of experience in kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment.
