Little Riot – Kitchen Manager

Little Riot is looking for a strong Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day back of house operations in one of Omaha’s most unique rooftop restaurant concepts.

We’re looking for someone who can lead a team, stay organized under pressure, maintain standards, and help build a high-performance kitchen culture.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Managing daily BOH operations Leading and developing kitchen staff

Food quality, consistency, and execution Scheduling and labor management

Inventory, ordering, and prep systems Cleanliness, organization, and food safety

Working closely with ownership and management to continue improving systems and operations

Requirements: Prior BOH management experience required

Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Passion for hospitality and team culture

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
