Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and energetic Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will bring innovative ideas to life by creating beautiful, functional kitchen and bathroom spaces that meet clients’ needs and preferences. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional remodeling and renovation projects. Your expertise in interior design, drafting, and project management will ensure seamless execution from concept to completion. Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for kitchen and bath projects
• Develop detailed design concepts using , AutoCAD, 20/20 is a nessary need to know.
• Create accurate construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications using Bluebeam and CAD software
• Select appropriate materials, fixtures, lighting solutions, and color schemes based on color theory and current design trends
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure designs are feasible within project budgets and timelines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Oversee the remodeling process from initial concept through construction completion, ensuring adherence to contracts and specifications

Skills

• Proficiency in , AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, 20/20 for drafting and visualization
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles including color theory, lighting design, and space planning
• Experience with project management tools to coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications for renovation projects
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Familiarity with construction processes related to remodeling and renovation projects
• Knowledge of lighting sales strategies and the integration of lighting solutions into overall design plans
