Vacation Rental Quality Control Inspector

Teams are comprised of a full time Host, and part time Quality Control Inspector.

Host teams are proactive, always looking for ways to improve the guest experience, improve the property, consistently provide an enjoyable and dependable stay, minimize owner costs, drive revenue, and in all ways manage the homes entrusted to Lodgic as if they were our own.
For this position, we are seeking a detail-oriented, self motivated individual who will provide part time support for homes located in Knoxville.
This job is perfect for someone with a flexible weekday schedule who is interested in a few hours each day. Friday and Sunday availability after 1 pm would be expected as these are our busiest days typically.

Job Overview:
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our homes are in impeccable condition for our guests. You will be responsible for inspecting our cabins before guest check-ins, ensuring that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, you will collaborate with our cleaners to ensure that all cabins are properly stocked with necessary amenities and linens, and that any maintenance or housekeeping issues are addressed promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties before guest check-ins to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
-Collaborate with cleaners to ensure that homes are fully stocked with necessary amenities and linens
- Conduct maintenance checks to identify and report any potential issues in the cabins
- Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and inventory
- Deliver inventory supplies to property as needed
- Perform light touch-ups of properties when necessary to ensure check in ready condition
- Travel between multiple properties per day as needed
Qualifications:
- Reliable form of transportation required to complete onsite tasks. Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work on a part- time basis to provide support Monday-Sunday. A typical week may include 15-25 hours+ depending on needs/availability.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Integrity and trustworthy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb stairs.
- Background in hospitality preferred, but not required.
- Background with cleaning is preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to assist with our Sevier County team from time to time is a plus, but not expected. Normal work day will take place in Knoxville.
