About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and performance-oriented KPI KRI SPECIALIST -HR to oversee end-to-end HR operations and drive a robust performance management culture at our Irumbuppalam (Kollam) office.
This role is suited for someone with strong experience in KPI/KRI management, performance appraisal systems, competency mapping, and productivity enhancement across sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and exit processes.
- Develop, implement, and enhance performance management systems with a strong emphasis on KPI and KRI measurement.
- Lead the goal-setting process, monthly performance reviews, and annual appraisal cycles.
- Evaluate productivity across sales, operations, and support teams, and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity) and support HR documentation and audit activities.
- Identify training needs and coordinate capability-building programs based on performance insights.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and employee retention.
- Maintain accurate HRMS records, employee databases, and performance dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year focused on performance management, KPI/KRI tracking, or HR operations.
- Strong understanding of PMS frameworks, KPI/KRI setting, scorecards, and productivity assessment.
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dashboards preferred).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must reside in or be able to commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
- Knowledge of Kerala labor laws and regional HR practices is an added advantage.
