KYC operations specialist

Job description:

• Reviewing Halan cash, Halan card and Merchant app KYC physical forms.

• Reviewing Halan cash and Halan card KYC softcopy forms online through portals.

• Reviewing 350 KYC forms as a daily target.

• The approved KYC forms are encoded and saved in preparation for sending it to the bank on weekly basis.

• Sending the rejected forms to the quality team to report it to the branches.

• Archiving the KYC forms in the files in preparation for archiving it with InfoFort company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree.

• 0-1 experience in the same field

• Good in English.

• Good in using Microsoft Excel.
