Lab Incharge

Dr. Aravind IVF Hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lab In-Charge to oversee daily operations of the IVF/Andrology/Embryology laboratory. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality lab performance, compliance with protocols, and coordination with the clinical team to support patient care.

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the IVF laboratory.
• Maintain quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) standards.
• Handle sample processing, culture preparation, and embryology procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage lab equipment, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
• Supervise and train junior lab staff.
• Work closely with gynecologists, embryologists, and administrative teams.

Education: DMLT or BMLT

Experience: 2- 4years

Salary: 25K to 30K
