Under the general direction of the Quality Team Manager the qualified candidate will be responsible for performing analytical, chemical, and physical tests required for quality control of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods. Participates in investigations and studies to determine cause, effect and corrective actions required to resolve deviation from quality standards. routine sampling and inspection of material. The employee will adhere to safety procedures, ensure a safe work environment, meet and/or exceed product quality expectations, and assist in achieving process reliability goals.

• Perform analytical testing & record, maintain, and review results/data into SAP System

• Using a variety of test methods, procedures, and instrumentation

• Required to calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed

• Initiate & document Quality Notifications/DMRs/DMAs, including participating in cross-functional root cause analysis. Facilitate follow up & resolutions

• Interpreting data and for giving direction to the manufacturing group to ensure products meet established specifications.

• Prepare samples of raw materials, intermediates, and/or finished goods to be sent out for outside testing. Including environmental testing
