Lab Technician
to support healthy volunteer clinical trials and help generate high‑quality data that shapes the future of medicine.
This is a full-time,
rotating shift and weekends, office-based position in Dallas, TX. A schedule will be given in advance.
What You’ll Do
In this hands-on role, you’ll work directly with study samples and support a wide variety of early‑phase clinical trials. No two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:

High volume collecting, handling, processing, and shipping specimens (including PK samples)

Operating and maintaining lab equipment and ensuring a clean, safe work environment

Troubleshooting sample or equipment issues
-
Managing reagent and supply inventories
-
Safely handling hazardous materials
-
Supporting daily lab workflows and participating in quality improvement initiatives
You’ll collaborate with a skilled clinical team and gain exposure to cutting-edge therapies, first‑in‑human studies, and innovative medical technologies.
What You Bring

At least 1 year of laboratory experience.

Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.

Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
-
Comfort working with biological specimens and using PPE as required.
Work Environment
-
Work is performed in a laboratory and/or a clinical environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
-
Occasional drives to site locations, occasional domestic travel.
-
Exposure to biological fluids.
-
Personal protective equipment required such as protective eyewear, garments, and gloves.
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to work in an upright and /or stationary position for 6-8 hours per day.
-
Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists to operate lab equipment.

Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
-
Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
-
Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.

Regular and consistent attendance.

Varied hours may be required.
