Balqees Honey has been selling all-natural, raw & unfiltered honey Our company’s focus is to constantly evolve all the products and brands we are associated with, to meet the needs of our ever-changing needs of the global market.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Label, Graphic Designer and Photographer to lead and coordinate activities related to new product development, packaging design and compliance, and market intelligence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bringing new products to market successfully while ensuring all technical, regulatory, and quality standards are met.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create packaging designs (bottles, boxes, labels) for honey.
• Develop concepts into production-ready designs while ensuring brand consistency.
• Build detailed 3D models and photo realistic renders for approvals, marketing, and exhibitions.
• Prepare final artworks for print, ensuring compliance with UAE, EU, US, and KSA regulations.
• Conduct QC checks on proofs, prototypes, and final artworks before bulk production.
• Collaborate with procurement, R&D, and marketing for material selection and design alignment.
• Ensure packaging is cost-effective, sustainable, and eco-friendly.
• Support branding, product launches, trade shows, and marketing campaigns with visuals and presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with 3D design/rendering tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Key Shot, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, and finishes.
• Understanding of global packaging regulations.
• Excellent QC, cost management, and sustainability awareness.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in packaging/product design, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and product design projects.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
