We’re looking for a Laboratory Applications & Validation Specialist who thrives at the intersection of automation, analytical chemistry, and real‑world customer workflows.

What you’ll do

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our automation solutions perform flawlessly — from early feasibility testing to customer‑ready validation. Every project brings new challenges — and new opportunities to innovate.

✨ Your impact includes:

  • Testing and validating customer‑specific automation workflows
  • Supporting Proof‑of‑Concepts for customer and internal development projects
  • Providing on‑site expertise in customer labs
  • Testing CDS drivers and performing regression tests
  • Running functional and performance tests on new modules and tools
  • Evaluating ease‑of‑use and giving feedback to Product Management
  • Creating and maintaining test reports, SOPs, and documentation
  • Developing and testing PMC steps for OEM and specialized applications
  • Supporting script training for our Technical Support team

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands‑on lab work and has a natural curiosity for automation technology.

Required Skills & Education:

  • Bachelor's of Science (such as Chemistry or Engineering, etc) preferred.
  • Practical lab experience (LC‑MS or automation is a plus)
  • Technical understanding of robotics, automation modules, and analytical workflows
  • Experience with test planning, validation, and structured documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
  • Completed training as a laboratory technician (or equivalent)
  • Hands‑on laboratory experience
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support

Nice to have

  • Experience with chromatographic data systems (CDS)
  • Solid background in analytical chemistry
