Laborer

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Construction Laborer to join our remodeling team. This individual will assist in day-to-day operations across multiple job sites, supporting skilled trades such as carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and finishers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential remodeling or construction, takes direction well, and is eager to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition, site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite at all times.
• Follow project instructions from supervisors and assist trades as needed.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling building materials.
• Handle deliveries, material pick-ups, and waste disposal as directed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about project progress or issues.
• Adhere to company safety standards and OSHA requirements.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Available to work: weekdays
• Willing to travel locally
