About The Job

• Manage daily operations of the labour camp, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and order.
• Supervise camp staff, including cleaners, maintenance workers, and security personnel.
• Allocate and maintain proper room assignments and occupancy records.
• Monitor camp infrastructure (electricity, water, sewage, etc.) and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Enforce discipline, safety rules, and company policies among camp residents.
• Handle conflicts, complaints, or concerns from residents in a fair and timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of camp supplies (bedding, toiletries, cleaning items) and arrange procurement as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, toilets, and common areas.
• Coordinate with HR and project/site management regarding worker arrivals, departures, or any disciplinary issues.
• Keep accurate records and prepare daily/weekly reports on camp conditions and operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
