Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Analyst located in Conroe, TX. The Land Analyst will be responsible for performing land and property research, analyzing data to assess land value, and preparing reports to support land acquisition and development decisions. The role involves working closely with the development team, attending site visits, and ensuring all land-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures related to land contracts and real estate transactions.
• Monitor and track key project and contract milestones, including obligations, renewal dates, expiration, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with the land team to manage documentation needs for renewing, extending, or releasing agreements.
• Maintain comprehensive project files and records; prepare and update reports to track project performance against established budgets and schedules.
• Develop and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
• Oversee contract administration, including review, execution, and ongoing management of land-related agreements.
• Conduct research and review policies from municipal and governmental agencies to evaluate the potential impact of regulatory changes on current and future projects.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, permitting requirements, environmental regulations, and other applicable statutes.
• Ability to work closely with the development team and attend site visits
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Strong project management and organization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
