Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure land areas using advanced equipment like GPS systems, total stations, and lasers.
• Determine land boundaries for legal, construction, and real estate purposes.
• Conduct topographic, construction, and boundary surveys to create accurate maps.
• Gather data regarding elevations, distances, angles, and physical features of land.
• Document findings accurately and ensure proper record-keeping of survey results.
• Analyze survey data to prepare maps, reports, and legal descriptions of land features.
• Prepare and interpret land titles, deed descriptions, and legal documents related to property boundaries.
• Use traditional tools (e.g., compasses, theodolites) and modern equipment like GPS, drones, and laser scanners.
• Ensure equipment calibration and proper maintenance.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in land surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.

2. Must at least have minimum 2 years work experience (UAE) in land surveying or related field and knowledge on Roadworks and Earthworks.

-The first preference will be given from India and Egypt.
