About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Land Surveyor with over 10 years of field experience, specializing in palace construction, luxury villas, and high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical skills and a strong background working on premium, detail-intensive developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all land surveying activities on-site, including boundary, topographic, layout, and as-built surveys
• Supervise survey crews and provide technical guidance and mentorship
• Prepare, review, and verify survey reports, drawings, and coordinates
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, consultants, and project management teams
• Ensure all survey work complies with Ashghal, Kahramaa, Qatari Construction Specifications (QCS), and relevant local regulations
• Maintain calibration of survey equipment and ensure proper use of GPS, Total Station, Auto Level, and related tools
• Conduct site inspections, resolve discrepancies, and troubleshoot technical issues
• Manage survey data, quality records, and documentation
• Contribute to planning, scheduling, and progress reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 10+ years of experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of TBC, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other survey software
• Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and high-temperature environments
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
